Salesforce Solution Analyst

This role supports the Salesforce Technical Lead by turning conversations and requirements into properly analysed and documented solutions, while also being hands-on enough to contribute directly to configuration and build.

This is not a purely functional Business Analyst role: you'll be comfortable moving between stakeholder conversations, solution documentation and hands-on Salesforce configuration, giving the Technical Lead more time to focus on the areas where specialist technical input matters most. This is a remote role, although we value regular face-to-face collaboration. We would ideally like someone who can attend our Telford office around once a week if based locally , or a couple of office visits per month for those based further afield.
