Inside the Role
This position is responsible for managing the Detroit Powertrain parts within the Aftermarket system Paragon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all service items are available for our customers, maintaining their documentation to allow customers easy and straightforward access to guarantee they can order parts necessary to repair their truck and get them back on the road!
The Detroit Parts Optimization team is an exciting team that connects with many other Production and Aftermarket teams, focused on supporting all of our internal and external customers. We are a team dedicated to learning, growing, collaboration, and improvement, all with the goal to make our interactions with every other team and all customers as seamless and helpful as possible.
