The Role Day-to-day at Ekco: How did Ekco and Datalogix come together? Datalogix is a Cork headquartered Operational Technology (OT) business with more than 20 years' experience designing, implementing and supporting secure OT infrastructure for enterprise customers in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, general manufacturing and critical national infrastructure. Datalogix now forms the Operational Technology (OT) division of Ekco's Security. Ekco is a security first managed services provider with more than 2,000 customers in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, the Caribbean and North America. Ekco employs over 1,000 people across Europe, Asia and Africa. A key part of Ekco Security’s mission is to serve our customers' converged IT and OT security requirements and to capture the rapidly growing OT new market opportunity. The Director of OT Security Advisory & Transformation will act as a senior strategic partner to the CTO, supporting the growth and evolution of DataLogiX's OT consulting and cybersecurity business. The role combines executive-level customer engagement, strategic consultancy, commercial leadership and delivery oversight. You will work directly with CIOs, CISOs, Manufacturing Directors, Digital Transformation leaders, Engineering organisations and plant stakeholders to develop OT security strategies, define transformation roadmaps, lead complex consulting engagements and create long-term customer relationships. Day to Day at Ekco: Customer Strategy & Advisory Leadership Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives including CIOs, CISOs, Manufacturing Directors and Digital Transformation leaders. Lead OT security strategy engagements across life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and critical infrastructure sectors. Facilitate executive workshops, maturity assessments and strategic planning sessions. Develop OT cybersecurity roadmaps aligned to business objectives, regulatory obligations and operational requirements. Guide customers through IT/OT convergence initiatives and secure digital transformation programmes. Commercial Leadership & Growth Partner with the CTO and commercial teams to identify, develop and close strategic OT opportunities. Build executive relationships across key customer accounts. Support account planning and expansion strategies for both existing and new customers. Lead customer presentations, proposals, business cases and executive briefings. Actively contribute to revenue growth, pipeline development and strategic account expansion. Identify new consulting offerings and market opportunities aligned to industry demands and emerging OT security trends. Programme Delivery Leadership Sponsor and oversee large-scale OT security consulting and transformation engagements. Ensure consulting engagements deliver measurable business and operational outcomes. Provide executive governance and programme assurance for strategic customer initiatives. Facilitate customer steering committees and transformation governance forums. Manage complex stakeholder environments and align multiple business and technical functions around shared objectives. OT Security Leadership Provide strategic guidance across Support the development of DataLogiX intellectual property, methodologies and consulting frameworks. Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer security and transformation discussions. Market & Industry Leadership Represent DataLogiX and Ekco at industry events, conferences and customer forums. Develop thought leadership content and market-facing viewpoints. Maintain awareness of evolving OT threats, regulations and industry trends. Strengthen strategic partnerships across the OT and cybersecurity ecosystem. What We're Looking for: Essential Experience 10+ years of experience within OT, ICS, industrial cybersecurity or related disciplines. Experience leading customer-facing consulting or professional services engagements. Proven track record working with regulated industries such as; Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Critical Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy, Advanced Manufacturing Experience presenting to executive and board-level stakeholders. Strong knowledge across OT cybersecurity domains including: -OT Security Architecture -OT Risk Management -IEC62443 Programmes -ISA95-based Architecture -Network Segmentation -Zero Trust for OT -OT Asset Visibility -Vulnerability Management -Secure Remote Access -Industrial Incident Response -OT Governance Frameworks Strong commercial and business development experience.
