Desired Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis roles.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, dashboarding, reporting, data visualization, and automation using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making.
- Experience in workforce planning, forecasting, budgeting, headcount analytics, attrition analysis, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience working with HRMS, ATS, ERP, or other data management platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Exposure to SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, Python, or other analytics tools will be an added advantage.
