Working closely with Category Managers, franchisees, Brand and Central Operations, Finance, Legal, suppliers, and other cross-functional stakeholders, this role coordinates procurement activities, maintains accurate project and supplier information, supports sourcing events, and helps move awarded programs from contract execution through implementation.
The Procurement Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination for procurement documentation, timelines, reporting, stakeholder communications, supplier onboarding, and program adoption. The role is expected to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, follow-through, and a strong service orientation. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to the Direct and Indirect Procurement teams across active sourcing, implementation, and supplier-management initiatives.
Maintain procurement project plans, sourcing calendars, action logs, savings trackers, implementation schedules, supplier records, and supporting documentation. Assist Category Managers with spend-data collection, supplier research, bid normalization, pricing comparisons, market research, and preparation of sourcing recommendations. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, supplier presentations, evaluation sessions, implementation calls, and business reviews; document decisions, action items, owners, and due dates. Support supplier onboarding and program implementation, including collection of required documentation, stakeholder communications, training coordination, enrollment tracking, issue logging, and follow-up with suppliers and internal teams.
Maintain contract and supplier information, including executed agreements, pricing exhibits, service exhibits, renewal dates, termination-notice requirements, insurance documentation, and key supplier contacts. Assist with reporting for addressable spend, contracted spend, supplier utilization, savings, franchisee participation, implementation progress, and supplier performance. Support franchisee and internal stakeholder inquiries by routing questions, coordinating responses, tracking open issues, and maintaining frequently used program information.
Prepare procurement presentations, status reports, meeting materials, and communications in support of category initiatives and leadership updates. Help maintain consistent procurement processes, templates, file structures, naming conventions, and documentation standards across the Direct and Indirect Procurement teams. Handle procurement and supplier information with appropriate confidentiality and escalate timeline, documentation, supplier, or stakeholder risks to the responsible Category Manager.
Support broader procurement and supply-chain initiatives as required. Qualifications The Procurement Coordinator will have experience supporting procurement, supply chain, project coordination, operations, finance, or a related business function and will be comfortable working across multiple priorities in a decentralized organization. 0-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, project coordination, operations, finance, vendor management, or a related business function.
Experience coordinating projects, meetings, documentation, timelines, and follow-up activities involving multiple stakeholders. Ability to organize and analyze supplier, pricing, spend, and project information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers, franchisees, and stakeholders at varying organizational levels. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and escalate risks or issues appropriately.
Experience preparing presentations, status reports, trackers, and other business documentation. High proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to use AI as a support tool while maintaining ownership and understanding of the content produced. Comfort presenting in working sessions and team meetings. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
