People + Culture Manager

Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort is seeking a People and Culture Manager to join their executive team! As a department of one, this leadership role will focus on various responsibilities including recruitment efforts, onboarding and orientation, training, coaching and disciplinary action, employee relations events, payroll liaison, and building upon work environment culture. The role will report directly to the General Manager, overseeing 100-150 employees. The right candidate will be naturally outgoing, well-organized and seeks efficiencies, and a great communicator with strong work ethic.
