Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of our global HR systems. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert across core HR, talent management, payroll, and integration components, bridging the gap between HR business needs and advanced cloud technology solutions. Responsibilities Participate in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules based on global business requirements Provide expert guidance across core HR, payroll, time management, talent, and recruiting solutions Design and support integrations using tools such as the Business Integration Builder (BIB) and middleware to ensure seamless data flow between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/Payroll, and third-party systems Identify process optimization opportunities, lead change requests, configure new features (including quarterly release updates), and streamline HR workflows Conduct rigorous system testing, troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues, and ensure data integrity across all supported modules Partner closely with HR business partners, process owners, and technical teams to translate business strategies into robust technical configurations Create comprehensive functional documentation, training materials, and support end-users/administrators Requirements 3+ years of hands-on consulting or in-house implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time) Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM&GM), Learning (LMS), and Career and Talent Development, including the Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) Familiarity with SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors (including Winston AI integration) and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) Knowledge of Business Integration Builder (BIB) and data migration/integration best practices Relevant SAP SuccessFactors Associate/Professional certifications are highly preferred Strong analytical mindset, thorough understanding of HR business processes, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency in English (written and verbal) [GTS] Benefits (generic, except India) International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
