AI Solution Architect

We are looking for a hands-on AI Solution Architect to join our AI-native team and help shape innovative digital solutions using Azure and AI technologies in Abu Dhabi, UAE in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will partner with the client to identify new business opportunities and translate them into scalable technical solutions. You will combine architectural leadership with hands-on delivery, taking a language-agnostic approach to selecting technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities Partner with the client to understand business needs, assess opportunities and define solution approaches Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions using Azure technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and launch new digital initiatives Design robust, scalable and secure architectures aligned with client requirements Guide technical teams through implementation, establish engineering best practices and oversee solution delivery Support project kick-off, discovery and close client collaboration through onsite engagement when required Requirements Strong experience in solution architecture with a hands-on approach to designing and delivering AI-powered solutions Practical experience with AI technologies and their integration into enterprise applications Experience with Azure technologies and data solutions Strong experience with .NET technologies Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, connectivity and security Understanding of on-premises environments and private cloud architectures or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas A language-agnostic mindset and confidence working with different programming languages and frameworks Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to foster collaboration and innovation Very good command of English both spoken and written Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field Nice to have Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, clients and technical teams Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Adaptability and resilience when navigating changing priorities and project requirements Familiarity with the complexity of enterprise technology environments and their architectural implications UAE End of service gratuity Private healthcare and life insurance Employee assistance program Wellness program Annual air travel allowance for expatriates Regular performance feedback and salary reviews Global travel medical and accident insurance Referral bonuses Learning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses *All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements
