BI Developer

Responsibilities Develop BI dashboards and reports using Salesforce Tableau to support actionable insights Help translate business requirements into mockups and wireframes for stakeholder review Build BI prototypes and refine them based on stakeholder feedback Perform data profiling to assess quality, completeness, and usability of source data Support data mapping activities and apply defined logic for consistent reporting outputs Work with data engineers and architects to use existing data models in Snowflake Improve BI reports for better performance, usability, and maintainability Validate report results to ensure outputs meet agreed business requirements Identify and share enhancement opportunities in reporting, analytics, and data visualization Maintain documentation for BI assets, assumptions, and data mappings Requirements 2+ years of experience in BI report and dashboard development using Salesforce Tableau and Salesforce Tableau Desktop Solid data analysis skills, including data profiling and validation techniques Working knowledge of data mapping using Data Mapping Solution Good programming skills in Python and SQL for data exploration and BI development support Good stakeholder communication skills for requirements clarification and feedback cycles Ability to translate business requirements into working BI solutions English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher Nice to have Exposure to Snowflake data models Experience using Tableau Prep for data preparation workflows [GTS] Benefits (generic, except India) International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
