tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to support direct development work Evaluate the technical strategy behind each incoming request, covering model choice, platform selection, and agent design, while weighing feasibility, cost, effort, and associated risk Investigate emerging models, agent frameworks, and AI tooling, putting forward recommendations on what should be adopted Facilitate portfolio planning and prioritization discussions with leadership, while mapping out capacity across both internal development staff and contractor resources Construct and sustain the Enterprise AI roadmap, overseeing dependencies and risks that span multiple teams Establish and report portfolio-level metrics, such as throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization, while assessing business value once solutions go live Organize and run QBRs, present executive-level summaries to IT and company leadership, and keep executive sponsors informed
