About the Program The Eptura Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide recent graduates and early-career professionals with meaningful, hands-on experience within a global SaaS organization. Throughout this 12-month program, apprentices will receive mentoring, structured learning opportunities, and exposure to commercial operations and sales processes. Role Overview As a Product Associate, you will work directly within our Gurugram engineering team, helping to shepherd product enhancements and customer-reported issues through Eptura's AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC).
You'll connect product priorities and engineering execution, keeping work organized, clearly specified, and moving forward on our Jira kanban boards. This is a role for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn how great software products are built. You don't need prior experience in product management. You do need strong attention to detail, clear communication, demonstrated capabilities in using AI, and a genuine interest in how technology solves real-world problems.
