Job Title: Human Resources Associate- Apprentice Location: DLF Cyber Hub, Gurugram About the Program The Eptura Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide recent graduates and early-career professionals with meaningful, hands-on experience within a global SaaS organization. Throughout this 12-month program, apprentices will receive mentoring, structured learning opportunities, and exposure to commercial operations and sales processes.

Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Associate Apprentice to join our HR team in India for a 12-month apprenticeship. This is an early-career opportunity for someone looking to build a broad foundation in Human Resources within a global organization.

Working closely with members of our HR team in India and around the world, you will gain practical exposure across the employee lifecycle while supporting day-to-day HR programs, processes, and employee initiatives. This role is intentionally broad and developmental. You will have the opportunity to learn how different areas of HR work together, build relationships across our global organization, and develop the foundational skills needed for a future career in HR.
