In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Ad Operations, vendor teams, and clients to launch and manage media campaigns that help meet and exceed revenue and performance targets. Coordinate campaign production tasks with vendor partners to support on-time launches across assigned campaigns, taking ownership of workstreams end-to-end, including the most complex or escalated scenarios.

Translate campaign briefs—particularly for Lodging partners—into clear production plans, timelines, deliverables, launch requirements, and stakeholder actions across relevant placements and markets.

Monitor pacing and performance throughout the campaign lifecycle, proactively optimize, and drive resolution of issues with minimal oversight to keep campaigns on track.

Support optimization against relevant campaign objectives and KPIs, including reach, engagement, traffic, bookings, revenue, return on ad spend, or other agreed performance measures.

Oversee inventory reservation requests and creative scheduling activities with Technical Ad Operations, using vendor resources appropriately and anticipating delivery risks.

Maintain accurate campaign documentation and status updates, including launch readiness, creative approvals, changes, performance observations, risks, and next steps.

Collaborate with Sales and other teams to prepare creative performance updates, insights, advanced analysis, and recommendations, gathering input from across the team and representing the broader team's perspective in cross-functional settings.

Participate in client calls to review creative strategy, production timelines, and campaign performance, providing proactive guidance and developing a stronger partner-facing presence.

Support newer team members through onboarding, coaching, feedback, and reinforcement of shared best practices.

Manage or coordinate delivery partners responsible for day-to-day campaign production, reporting, optimization, and client support across assigned campaigns and tasks.

Contribute to cross-functional and team improvement efforts by identifying process opportunities, taking ownership of discrete workstreams, and communicating outcomes back to the team.
