Introduction to the Team
Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including our Global Finance Org., Legal Team, Strategy and Corporate Development Team, and People & Places Org.
Global Procurement & AP is the value creation engine for Expedia Group's vendor spend, partnering with leaders across every part of the company. Our team works across multiple global hub locations to address more than $5B+ of corporate vendor spend, partnering with 1.5K vendors and hundreds of Expedians to deliver impact.
We run as one globally aligned Source-to-Pay (“S2P”) organization: Sourcing leaders apply strategic business partnerships, category strategies, and sourcing discipline, while Operations, Programs, COE and Digital S2P teams enable scale, quality, innovation, and agility across the full lifecycle, including business travel, employee expense, and payables.
We aspire to be a world-class, stakeholder-aligned, digitally transforming source-to-pay capability that maximizes total business value, reduces risk and friction, and improves the end-to-end user experience. Our priorities include delivering margin expansion, speed to value, risk management, digital transformation, and empowering our team through skill and career growth.
