Applicant Qualifications
- Legally entitled to live and work in Canada
- 5+ years of work experience developing software
- Excellent command of C, C#, or C++
- Understanding of or experience in embedded systems programming
- Proficient in C for embedded micro-controllers (STM32 family)
- Experience building graphical user interfaces
- Comfortable with Git version control
- Comfortable reading electrical schematics, documentation, and datasheets
- Experience collaborating with other developers on the same project
- Experience debugging code on embedded micro-controllers
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills
- Maintain professionalism in the workplace, remains composed under pressure while meeting deadlines, maintaining regular schedule with occasional extended hours
- Applicant should have familiarity with or an understanding of various tools including:
- o Eclipse / STM32CubeIDE
- o VS Code/Visual Studio
- o Git (GitHub specifically)
- o Microsoft Office 365
