About your team

The German Supplier Oversight function on the one hand coordinates the collaboration of the respective teams with the business to ensure the continuous compliance of their systems/procedures/processes with the relevant legal, contractual, and internal / external regulations and requirements and on the other hand ensures an adequate vendor management of our external suppliers.

About your role

As a Senior Third Party Risk and Outsourcing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Fidelity's Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience capabilities. You will oversee critical supplier relationships, drive regulatory compliance, develop risk-based oversight practices and help shape the future of our outsourced services governance through data-driven reporting, automation and continuous process improvement. Working closely with business stakeholders, control functions and senior management, you will help ensure our third-party ecosystem remains resilient, compliant and aligned to strategic objectives.

This includes

  • Establish, maintain and continuously enhance the Third Party Risk Management and Outsourcing Framework in line with regulatory requirements (DORA, MaRisk, EBA Guidelines and applicable group standards).
  • Drive the digitalisation and automation of third-party risk management processes, reducing manual effort and improving data quality, transparency and control effectiveness.
  • Own and continuously improve third-party governance reporting, management information (MI), key risk indicators (KRIs) and executive dashboards.
  • Design and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure the integrity, completeness and accuracy of third-party and outsourcing inventories and related management information.
  • Develop and implement continuous monitoring capabilities for critical and important third parties.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance risk identification, supplier monitoring and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate regulatory assessments, audits and supervisory requests relating to outsourcing and third-party risk management.
  • Support the definition, testing and maintenance of exit strategies, contingency plans and operational resilience requirements for critical suppliers.
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior management, business owners and vendor managers regarding third-party risks and regulatory expectations.
