Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Services, this role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and provides HR leadership that supports Finning's mission, vision, values, and long-term business objectives.

As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will partner closely with operations leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and business performance.

Job Description

What You'll Do

Strategic Business Partnership

• Collaborate with senior leaders and executives on workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce, organizational, leadership, and employee relations matters.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to implement programs, policies, and initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.
• Anticipate business needs and emerging trends, developing proactive HR solutions that support future organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labour regulations, and corporate policies.
