Finning is creating a new opportunity for an experienced talent and leadership professional to shape the future of leadership development across our global organization.

As the Leadership Development Program Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise leadership development, succession planning, and talent management programs. Working closely with senior leaders and HR teams across Canada, South America, the UK and Ireland, you will help strengthen leadership capability, deepen succession pipelines, and create meaningful development opportunities that prepare future leaders for success.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence leadership strategy at a global scale while building programs that directly support Finning's culture, growth, and long-term business objectives.

Job Description

What You'll Do

Leadership Development

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, senior, and executive leaders.
• Develop leadership pathways, learning journeys, mentoring programs, cohort experiences, and development resources.
• Facilitate program delivery and coordinate vendors, speakers, communications, and participant experiences.
• Ensure leadership programs align with Finning's business strategy, culture, and leadership expectations.
