Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Tailor-made Sales team. Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, profit, and conversion targets. Support the team in creating exceptional tailor-made travel solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.

Monitor booking quality, accuracy, and team performance. Identify opportunities to improve processes, service, and commercial results. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive. Skills & Experience Proven experience leading or coaching a sales team.

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry preferred. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems. Fluent in written and spoken English.
