About the role This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing team member looking to take the next step in their leadership journey within the Deloitte's team. As Assistant Team Manager, you'll support the Team Manager in leading a successful, engaged, and high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial and operational results. You'll act as a trusted second-in-command, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to team members.

Whether it's helping to develop capability, maintaining service excellence, supporting performance outcomes, or stepping into leadership responsibilities when required, you'll play a key role in the continued success of the team.
