Court of Protection Solicitor

We are looking to hire an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join our dedicated and growing Court of Protection team within our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts department. As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will work closely with the firm’s Court of Protection Senior Associate to deliver person centred support to protected parties. You will provide expertise in cases relating to the wellbeing of individuals who lack capacity to manage their property and financial affairs as well as having a good understanding of interplay of health and welfare decisions within the property and finance field.

You will be providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members. You will manage a comprehensive caseload efficiently, ensuring that all matters are handled within specified timeframes and with a high level of professionalism. Reporting to the Head of Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts. This is a full-time permanent role.
