As our Senior Specialist on the Internal Communications team, you'll be the engine behind the stories that keep our people informed, inspired, and proud to bleed yellow. Working hand-in-hand with HR and business stakeholders to bring Scoot's people initiatives to life, you will craft campaigns, manage communication channels, run events and help employees understand where we're headed and why it matters.
You work independently, take ownership and know the difference between a piece of content that informs and one that truly connects. Bring on good work, good vibes, and occasionally very good puns!
Key Accountabilities
- Communications Planning & Execution
- Keep the internal communications calendar in great shape from tracking what's coming, what's due, to what's about to sneak up on everyone.
- Turn initiative briefs into structured communications plans that actually make sense: right audience, right message, right channel, right time.
- Spot gaps, overlaps and risks, and flag them before anyone has to ask.
- Own campaigns end-to-end from the first spark of an idea to delivery and the post-campaign review
