Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Specialist, Cabin Services (Crew Services & Communications) to join our Cabin Services team.
In this role, you will be the key link between management and our cabin crew, driving effective internal communications and managing crucial crew support services.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our cabin crew are well-informed, engaged, and supported in their daily operations, ultimately contributing to a positive crew experience and the seamless delivery of Scoot’s unique service culture.

Internal Communications
Plan, draft, and disseminate timely, engaging, and clear communications to the cabin crew community through various digital platforms, newsletters, and briefing materials.
