Java / Spring Boot Engineer — Mid / Senior

• Flyte Solutions Ltd. is seeking experienced Java / Spring Boot Engineers to join our technology talent pool and support enterprise application development and resource-augmentation engagements.
• The ideal candidates will have experience developing secure, scalable and high-performance applications, particularly in banking, fintech, telecom, insurance or other enterprise environments.

Position

• Mid-Level Java / Spring Boot Engineer: 3–5 Years
• Senior Java / Spring Boot Engineer: 5–8 Years
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment
• Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build secure backend services for high-volume and transaction-oriented applications.
• Work with Spring Boot, Spring Security and Hibernate/JPA.
• Design and implement database interactions using Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server or equivalent.
• Integrate internal systems and third-party services.
• Implement authentication, authorization and secure API access.
• Develop transaction-processing and business-logic components.
• Implement logging, monitoring and audit mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance and resource utilization.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, Product and Business teams.

Senior-Level Expectations

• Lead technical design and implementation of complex services.
• Contribute to microservices and application architecture.
• Review code and enforce development standards.
• Mentor Mid-Level and Junior engineers.
• Support technical estimation and solution design.
• Resolve complex production and integration issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant Java development experience.
• Strong Java 8+ and Spring Boot expertise.
• Strong REST API and microservices experience.
• Good SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Good Git and Agile/Scrum knowledge.

Preferred Skills

Spring Security | Spring Cloud | Kafka | RabbitMQ | Docker | Kubernetes | Redis | CI/CD | AWS/Azure

Experience in banking, fintech, payment platforms, telecom or high-volume transaction systems will be highly valued.
