About the Role

The Corporate team has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join them and candidates with 7 years+ PQE are invited to apply. You will be involved in the whole range of corporate work and, as a senior member of the team, have a high level of autonomy. You will have strong technical skills and will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and training of more junior team members. As well as executing deals and other client instructions, you will have a solid grasp of healthy financial and compliance hygiene principles and will demonstrate strong organisational and housekeeping skills.

The team works seamlessly across our offices and practice areas, so you will be an excellent team player and project manager. We encourage all our lawyers to network and develop their own client relationships, so, with the active support of the senior team, you will also lead and participate in a variety of business development initiatives.
