REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in an Architecture, Lead Engineer, or Technical Design role.
• Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or similar valuable.
• Proven experience designing and governing Modern Workplace solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps, architecture standards, and long-term workplace strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions supporting business growth, mergers, acquisitions, and workforce expansion.
• Experience driving automation initiatives through APIs, scripting, workflow orchestration, or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, or AI-driven workplace solutions.
• Strong focus on end-user experience, productivity, adoption, and service quality improvements.
• Experience leading technology evaluations and strategic technology decisions.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

Experience with JAMF and Apple device management.

Experience with workplace security architecture and endpoint security integration.

Knowledge of workplace automation and self-service design principles.

Experience with Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).

Understanding of meeting room technologies, such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.

Higher Technician qualification in Networked Computer Systems Administration or a similar field.
