Responsibilities
Professionals in this group Provide technical advice to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions, issues and problems .
Provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products .Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff. They are responsible for architecting solutions, conducting product demonstration and providing technical inputs towards proposals.
Incumbents at this level are senior/experienced Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
They may have little experience but may not have a professional qualification.
They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation.

Typically requires a High School education or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience.
