Job Description Summary

The Category Manager – Asia Total Rewards & HR Operations leads sourcing and category management activities across Asia, with ability to support other regions and global initiatives. The role develops and executes category strategies, leads complex sourcing and negotiation activities, strengthens supplier performance and risk management, and delivers measurable value through cost optimization, service quality, contractual protection, innovation and operating efficiency.

The role reports directly to the Associate Senior Sourcing Manager – Global Total Rewards & HR Operations and will be based in Asia.

Our team members have the ability to work from home and/or from the local GE HealthCare office to be closer to their stakeholders.

Category Strategy & Regional Ownership

• Lead sourcing and category management for Total Rewards and HR Operations primarily across Asia, with the ability to support other regions and global initiatives.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business priorities, market dynamics, supplier capabilities, cost objectives and risk considerations.
• Analyze regional spend, supplier landscapes, demand patterns and market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline of initiatives.
• Translate global category strategies into practical regional plans while accounting for local business, market and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relevant sourcing metrics, monitor progress against commitments and identify additional opportunities to deliver or exceed targets.
