Job Description Summary

Own strategy, planning, governance and end-to-end execution of complex digital-solutions programs. Drive integrated schedules, resource and budget plans, dependencies, risks, quality and delivery commitments.

Establish metrics-based operating reviews, tools and leadership dashboards for visibility and timely decisions. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and bring strong ownership, urgency and a practical can-do approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Create program strategy, integrated roadmap, milestones and execution plan.
• Drive scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource and dependency management.
• Coordinate engineering, product, cybersecurity, quality, regulatory and business stakeholders.
• Build capacity plans, budgets, forecasts and sourcing plans.
• Establish metrics-based operating reviews and leadership dashboards.
• Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early and drive mitigation or recovery.
• Manage external partners and cross-organizational commitments.
• Provide concise, transparent and decision-oriented communication to senior leadership.
• Drive accountability, closure and timely escalation with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
