Job Description Summary

The Training Manager leads the site-wide training strategy to build workforce capability, accelerate onboarding, and support operational excellence. This role oversees training program design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement across manufacturing functions. The Training Manager serves as the site’s learning expert, applying adult learning principles, advancing digital and AI-enabled training solutions, managing the TMS/LMS, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role will partner closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, EHS, and HR to cultivate a learning culture and develop a highly skilled workforce.
