Honda of Princeton is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Part-Time Automotive Bookkeeper to join our dealership accounting team. The ideal candidate has previous automotive dealership accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Post daily deposits accurately and promptly
• Maintain and reconcile schedules related to deposits
• Receive, record, and maintain accounts receivable
• Post invoices and ensure accurate accounting entries
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of deposits, receivables, and other financial data
• Review entries for accuracy and completeness
• Help maintain compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations
• Assist with additional accounting duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with accounting systems
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
