Be responsible for designing complex, high-throughput software solutions for the GCBP Transact Platform. Participate in, or lead architectural design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among available technologies. Write and test product or system development code in Java, TypeScript, C++, or Go. Drive architectural strategy across Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, Opportunity Management platforms, and Lead-To-Cash (L2C) workflows.
Contribute to existing documentation, RFC design docs, or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback. Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve sources of issues by analyzing system operations, record-level ACLs, and service quality.
