Participate in setting up the overall goal and roadmap for the coming years for this product and provide technical guidance for the team of ~40 engineers working on YouTube Create App in Bengaluru. Provide technical leadership, and establish and advocate for the best engineering practices across teams at YouTube. Provide technical mentorship and support the TLMs and TLs on the team with technical decisions. Co-own delivery of OKR and roadmap with the TLMs. Drive cross-organizational collaboration and ensure the strategy, direction, and decisions of multiple work streams are integrated, aligned, and positioned to support differentiation.
