Be a dedicated people manager for a team of individual contributors. You will be responsible for hiring, setting clear expectations, coaching team members, providing feedback, supporting career development, and creating a high-trust environment where your team can do their best work. Own the day-to-day execution of a portion of the engineering roadmap in partnership with GCS teams. You will manage project timelines, unblock technical challenges, and be accountable for the on-time delivery of your team's projects.
Act as the primary technical mentor for your team. You will lead design reviews, participate in code reviews, and set a high bar for engineering excellence. Work closely with other engineering managers, product managers, and the gAP Delivery teams to ensure your team's work is aligned with the broader organization's goals.
