Work with engineering teams to understand their resource profile and create a business and technical roadmap/plan to meet requirements. Partner closely with key stakeholders including engineering teams regarding resource planning. Manage communications and escalations related to Google compute and machine learning resource allocation. Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope. Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus. Monitor, measure, and communicate project progress, potential risks and delays and team performance to program teams, executives and other sponsors.
