Act as the primary liaison between model development, platform engineering, SRE, and product teams to align launch scope, schedules, dependencies, and readiness. Maintain model launch checklists and tracking hotlists across Engineering, SRE, and Safety teams to proactively unblock P0 bugs and mitigate technical risks. Partner with product teams and SREs to collect QPS forecasts, verify capacity provisioning, and coordinate pre-launch endpoint access.
Lead launch war rooms and cross-team syncs, maintain the model launch roadmap, and deliver executive updates and post-launch retrospectives to scale workflows. Own the end-to-end serving platform launch lifecycle for new Gemini and GenMedia LLMs across all milestones, from intake to general availability.
