Partner with Test Development team to lead production-scale release of new high-speed optical, electrical test systems by verifying system performance and debugging complex interactions (hardware, software, optics). Collaborate with engineering team to design and implement automated pipelines for Gauge R&R, software deployment, test operations and production system health monitoring. Define and execute the strategy for scaling test capacity to off-shore Contract Manufacturers, overseeing deployment of test capacity and establishing protocols for remote fleet management.
Work cross-functionally to professionalize hardware integration, extended workforce hardware builds to external vendors and creating documentation to ensure consistent replication of test systems. Serve as technical lead for rapid-response production support, troubleshooting complex yield limiters, providing on-call support during critical production ramps (including nights, weekends based on production schedules).
