Business Program Manager, Data Center Operations

Be responsible for financial reporting, CapEx (Capital Expenditures) and OpEx (Operational Expenditures) budget planning within Data Center Operations (DCOps). Ensure financial compliance, working with the Facilities Management team to achieve goals. Act as the point of contact for projects as assigned by the Facility Manager. Prepare statements of work (SOW) for facilities vendor agreements. Work with facilities vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the Facility Manager. Obtain facilities-related vendor proposals, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices.
