Translate complex data models such as water balance modeling and carbon footprint metrics into accessible narratives for municipal leaders and host communities. Participate in contested municipal hearings and civic town halls to address local concerns, counter misinformation, and field technical inquiries. Direct and commission external technical studies and white papers in collaboration with academic institutions, think tanks, and consultancies.
