Manage, coach, and scale a high-performing, globally distributed team. Guide them through ambiguous, high-stakes, and highly complex technical bottlenecks, leveraging data-driven insights to unblock migrations and maintain strict security SLOs.
Oversee the deployment, sustainment, and life cycle of critical security boundaries (e.g., Next Generation Infrastructure Controls Network and upgrading our hardware and software solution to secure ICN networks and devices). Direct programs auditing and monitoring data center OT equipment configurations, PLC updates, OTHP virtualization, and asset inventory completeness to proactively drive reliability and reduce mean time to repair.
Serve as the central operational custodian bridging communication pathways between upstream security and design teams and downstream local operational stakeholders.
