Lead the end-to-end design and execution of core leadership rhythms, including business reviews, executive briefings, strategic planning cycles, and team OKRs.
Structure and execute ambiguous, cross-functional projects independently from conceptualization through implementation and impact measurement. Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leads across Business Development, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure operational cohesion.
