Drive operations for the Play Partnerships organization through management of the global business operations including strategic planning and OKR setting and tracking. Create programs and processes to solve business operations challenges, including through AI-assisted workflow solutions, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to bring them to life. Manage ongoing ‘rhythm of the business’ deliverables and communicate insights to leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready materials.
Co-develop strategies for the global Play partnerships team and help bring those to life through communication and operations. Co-develop cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising across BD, analytics, legal, and finance.
