Lead, mentor, and allocate a team of Technical Program Managers supporting vital Search reliability, testing architectures, and observability initiatives. Partner directly with Engineering Directors across an organization to drive strategic portfolio roadmaps and resolve complex architectural dependencies. Drive business-critical reliability programs, including next-generation AI serving infrastructure, automated error detection, and continuous safe release mechanisms.
Manage external dependencies, cross-functional alignment, and executive reviews across Engineering, Product, and partner teams to achieve platform and capacity milestones. Establish scalable program governance, review cadences, and automated data-driven tooling to accelerate delivery and optimize resource stewardship.
