Establish required program structures/projects, manage cross-functional launch timelines and measure progress of the annual OKRs. Partner closely with engineering, product, data science, and Trust and Safety (T&S) central teams to implement Applied AI solutions to address. Establish/improve/automate Smartreview processes such as Intake, Triage, backlog processes and run program sprints. Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
Communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly to cross-functional and executive leadership. Develop and launch project management best practices and measure adoption across the team.
