Serve as the driving catalyst of execution for the APAC GX leadership team, lifting themes that need addressing and optimizing leadership focus areas. Lead the preparation, discussion, and alignment of priorities for the APAC GX Lead, while providing executive-level guidance and strategic steer to the operations lead managing the APAC Recruiting portfolio. Lead, mentor, and empower a combined team of GX and Recruiting operations professionals.
Ensure cohesive support, identify opportunities to standardize and optimize business operations across the two pillars, and manage team capacity to minimize single points of failure across operational swimlanes. Lead annual business planning and oversee all APAC GX business operations, including direct management of Opex budgets. Provide executive oversight to the operational rhythm of APAC Recruiting.
