Partner with strategy and operations and AI Tech Go-to-Market leadership to create best practices for staffing and utilization management. Lead weekly staffing meetings with forward deployed developing leadership teams and ensure supply and demand forecasts are accurate. Work separately to match forward deployed developers with projects based on skill set, availability, timezone and other constraints. Partner with team leadership to manage assigned Forward Deployed Developers utilization, bandwidth and well being. Develop new metrics for tracking staffing efficiency.
