Lead a cross-functional team, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production. Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive end-to-end execution across large cross-functional teams. Drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and consensus. Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis; drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels.
Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Cloud products and solutions, engage with engineering directors, product leaders, and other groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies, and help teams in execution.
