Partner with senior UX leadership in designing and leading end-to-end UX programs, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure high-quality launches that align with our OKRs. Establish, maintain and enhance rigorous team rituals and processes to drive clarity, quality, velocity, and efficient decision-making. Serve as a key partner to UX and cross-functional leadership; building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders across payments and Google, ensuring close strategic and operational alignment.
Optimize workflows and implement operational best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and quality that empowers the team to deliver excellence at scale. Provide clear, timely and accurate communication to functional leads and senior management regarding project status, risks, issues, and priorities.
