Manage a team of Policy Leads working on multiple controversial content areas, helping to ensure the team sets clear priorities, manages its time effectively, and develops clear and compelling policy proposals for executive audiences. Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and lifecycle governance of global policies targeting scaled adversarial abuse, generative AI exploitation, coordinated spam networks, and inorganic platform manipulation.
Be an expert in all of the policy areas under your supervision so that you can support your team members, and guide efficient and effective policy development efforts. Build and strengthen partnerships with cross-functional groups including engineering, data science generative AI teams, public policy, Public Relations (PR), legal, and product. Brief cross-functional executives on risk investigations and policy proposals.
