Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple simultaneous network capacity build requests with competing priorities, ensuring stakeholders are aware of project status. Identify process, tooling, documentation and reporting gaps within our delivery workflow and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure smooth deployment of infrastructure capacity to meet the needs of our internal and external customers.
Lead kickoff and regular project status meetings and keep downstream teams at Google apprised of project and delivery status. Evaluate and communicate the impact of project scope changes, identify risks, issues and mitigation strategies and work with the team to fix problems.
